When we think of handling “big stuff” with teens in youth ministry we tend to think of crises. But what do we do when a young person discloses to us, a trusted adult, something good?
A teen telling you they may be experiencing a call to the priesthood or religious life is doing something equally as vulnerable, sensitive, and downright courageous as sharing a crisis and they need to be handled with love and with care.
